BEHIND THE LENS

 

My name is Olivia Cox. I am a London based photographer and I was born in August 1993. 

I startred studying photography at my sixth form school, Hurtwood House, where I found a deep interest in documentary photography. This is where I learned all technical aspects of taking a picture and gained skills that I was keen to take further. I am currently a third year Photography student at Leeds College of Art. Here I have studied all genres of photogrpahy including Fashion, Commerical, and Fine Art. Throughout this course I have come to realise that Documentary is still where my main interests lie. The exploration of all the genres in my practice has helped me to reach this conclusion.
